Vom celebra parastasul la Sf Liturghie atât duminică 28 octombrie cât și duminică 4 noiembrie.

Prima Spovadă și primirea Sfintei Ȋmpărtășanii

Duminică 5 noiembrie ȋncepând cu ora 11 vom avea prima ȋntâlnire cu părinţii copiilor ce vor participa anul acesta la prima Spovadă și primirea Sfintei Ȋmpărtășanii. Vă așteptăm cu drag!

Program pentru cei mici

Duminică ȋn prima parte a Sfintei Liturghii vom avea un program catehetic pentru copii. Aceștia vor sta sub suprvegherea a doi adulți având activități catehetice potrivite vârstei lor.

Programul se desfașoară ȋn Sala Pianului.

Ȋncepând cu cântarea Heruvicului (Ieșirea cu darurile), copiii vor veni sus in Biserică.

Calendarul 2019

Calendarul 2019 – este ȋn curs de editare. Avem nevoie de sponsori pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor de tipărire.

2018 ORCA Student Grant

University/College Grant for a Romanian-Canadian Student.

Purpose: ORCA Student Grant is a fund focused on supporting Ontario resident students financially, but also to recognize and reward academic performance and extra-curricular activities.

Audience: College/University Students, Grade 12 Students who are planning to pursue post-secondary studies full-time and they were formally accepted by the educational institution.

Value: ORCA will award 3 (three) $1000 CAD Student Grants in 2018, consisting of $1000 (One Thousand Dollars CAD) cheque made payable to the applicable 2018 ORCA Student Grant recipients.

Eligibility: Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in the province of Ontario who are enrolled in a full-time post-secondary (this includes college, professional certification, undergraduate education and graduate school) program.

Selection criteria includes:

– Essay: “What does my Romanian heritage mean to me” – 500 words

– Income

– Academic Standing during the past year

– Volunteer/leadership roles in school/community organizations and/or sports

– Volunteer activities for the Romanian Community

– Freestyle: “What should ORCA do to increase participation as guests or volunteers from students like yourself in the events, activities it organizes?” (optional)

– A copy of your Transcript of marks for the past year (Fall 2017, Winter 2018, and Summer 2018 if applicable).

– Freestyle: “What should ORCA do to increase participation as guests or volunteers from students like yourself in the events, activities it organizes?” (optional)
